Shipping Policy

Zoyava ships from our fulfillment center in the United States. Here's everything you need to know about when and how your order will arrive.

Processing time

Orders placed before 2:00 PM Eastern Time Monday through Friday ship the same business day. Orders placed after 2:00 PM ET, on weekends, or on U.S. federal holidays ship the next business day.

We do not ship on the following U.S. federal holidays: New Year's Day, Memorial Day, Juneteenth, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, and Christmas Day.

Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays. Delivery times are estimates based on our carriers' published service levels and are not guaranteed.

Carriers

We ship via USPS, UPS, and FedEx. Carrier selection is determined by your address, order weight, and delivery speed selected at checkout. You'll receive a tracking number via email within 24 hours of your order shipping.

International shipping

We currently ship to the United States only. We hope to expand to Canada and other international markets in the future. Subscribe to our newsletter for updates on international availability.

Order tracking

Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information. You can also track your order anytime through the Track My Order link in our website footer.

Shipping delays

Occasionally, shipments are delayed due to factors outside our control — weather events, carrier operational issues, or customs inspections. If your order is delayed beyond the estimated delivery window:

  • For delays up to 7 days past the estimated delivery date, please wait for delivery as packages often arrive shortly after initial delay notifications.
  • For delays beyond 7 days, contact us at hello@zoyava.co with your order number and we'll investigate with the carrier.
  • If a package is lost in transit (not delivered within 14 days of the estimated delivery date and tracking shows no updates), we'll send a replacement at no cost to you.

Incorrect or incomplete addresses

Please verify your shipping address before completing checkout. We're unable to redirect packages after they've shipped. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, we'll contact you to arrange reshipment. Additional shipping costs may apply.

Damaged packages

If your package arrives visibly damaged or the product inside is damaged, please email us at hello@zoyava.co within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damage and your order number. We'll replace the damaged product at no cost.

PO boxes and APO/FPO addresses

We ship to PO boxes and APO/FPO addresses via USPS. Please allow additional time for delivery to these addresses.

Subscription shipments

Subscribe & Save orders ship on the same schedule as one-time orders and include free priority shipping. Your next shipment date is visible in your account dashboard — adjust, skip, or pause anytime before your next processing date.
