About Us

As a family business with humble beginnings, the Zoyava founding team includes brothers and sisters who were set on a mission to improve their mother's daily life. 

Our mother was diagnosed with hypertension, diabetes and arthritis during the pandemic in 2020. She suffered a lower quality of life since then and doctors recommended multiple supplements to improve overall health. 

Seeing our mother struggle with everyday life and taking 13 different supplements daily, we knew there had to be a better way. We partnered with our sister, a medical student studying at NYIT to develop solutions to help our mother. 

Knowing how important transparency is in the supplement industry, we wanted to work with a manufacturer who shared our core values.

In 2023, we were fortunate enough to find a trusted supplier who also started their business with their daughter’s health in mind, a lyme disease patient. After testing countless formulas, we finally developed our flagship product, Magic moss. 

Our mother’s life improvement was the main priority and after successfully reducing everyday pain and improving overall health, we wanted to share what we created with others facing the same problems. 

We started the company in early 2023 and spent 6 months formulating our hero product until we finally launched in Aug 2023 with the goal to deliver convenience, potency, and purity. 

Within our first month, we immediately connected with customers and achieved best seller status on Amazon and Tiktok shop. Our initial customers became raving fans and that can clearly be seen in our Amazon reviews and Tiktok social media

OUR PROCESS

We start by sourcing fresh raw materials such as herbs or plants. This raw material is then typically subjected to an extraction process. This can involve using solvents like water to draw out the active compounds from the plant material. 

The extract is then concentrated. In a 10 to 1 extract, this means that 10 parts of the raw material are used to produce 1 part of the final extract. So, if you start with 10 kg of raw material, you end up with 1 kg of extract. 

The concentrated extract is dried and processed into a powder, which is then used in the supplement. This extraction process is significant because it allows for a more potent version of the active compounds found in the raw material. 

A 10 to 1 extract means the final product is 10 times more concentrated than the original plant material, offering a higher dose of the beneficial compounds in a more convenient form.
